1st Workout of 2014
At House of Payne Personal Training, we began the New Year 100% committed! Check out this picture of the people that came in for a group leg workout on New Years’ Day! Being committed to the goals you set is the key ingredients for fitness success. Steve, Abdul and Jesse teamed up to put the whole group through an amazing circuit workout. While the trainers modified the workout to accommodate each person’s different fitness levels, they all had a great meeting each other, training together, talking about the changes they are already seeing and sharing recipes for quick snacks and delicious meals.
