1 on 1 Training
ON-SITE – one-on-one personal training sessions are one hour and can consist of training, posing or a combination of both. Pay as you go, by the week, or by the month.
ONLINE – four weeks of individual, custom workouts designed to help you reach your goals. Includes cardio and nutrition plans. Workout only or nutrition and cardio only plans are also available.
VIRTUAL TRAINING – one hour sessions, through FaceTime or Skype are the next best thing to being there!
