Jazmine was born in Chicago, Illinois but has been a Georgia resident for the last 14 years. During her school years, she was a three-sport athlete including collegiate basketball at Emmanuel College. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Georgia State University and is currently working towards a Master of Science in Business Analytics at Mercer University. She is also an ACSM certified exercise physiologist and personal trainer with a background in cardiac diagnostics, spinal cord rehabilitation, and employee health and wellness.

Jazmine began her journey to the stage with House of Payne Personal Training in 2015 at the NPC Georgia State Championships and has been a national level bikini competitor since 2016. Being competitive by nature, she continued to compete through 2022. She stepped away to focus on her Masters degree in an accelerated program. She trains both bodybuilding competitors and lifestyle clients on-site, online and virtually.
