What impressed me the most about Rachel’s approach, and the entire Train with Payne team, is their absolute dedication to my personal needs as a dancer. They understood the significance of core strength, flexibility and the need NOT to bulk up! Rachel considers the *total* approach and the *total* appearance. Having been a competitive dancer herself, she knows that a long, lean and toned look is what’s desired in the dance world. She monitors not just my workouts, but my heart rate and food and drink intake as well.
Taking it a step further, we also review the results together following each Ballroom Competition. She compares by statistics and actual photos, the accomplishment versus the content of the workouts. From this data, she constantly modifies and fine tunes the workout, aiming toward the next goal or the next competition. It’s this kind of high-level training that forms CHAMPIONS and I am truly grateful to be a client of Rachel’s and the Train with Payne team!

Lesha Hicks is a resident of Lilburn, Ga. and a 2008 graduate of Meadowcreek High School. She is currently enrolled in Le Cordon Bleu College to become an Executive Pastry Chef upon graduation. Lesha has competed in numerous state, local, and national beauty pageants. She currently holds the title of Miss Hazzard County Supreme. She will be making personal appearances, including Duke Fest 2009 with the original cast members of The Dukes of Hazzard TV show. To get pageant competition ready and maintain her figure for appearances, Lesha has been training with House of Payne Personal Training for over a year. She is very proud of her accomplishments and gives credit to her trainers, Rachel, Joe and Steve for keeping her body in great shape!
